I turned on the sprinklers this morning just after I woke up. It’s supposed to be in the high 70s low 80s today.
Month: June 2008
Watering
The day was nice and so I started the sprinkler and Dana finished it off for our evening sprinkling.
Rain
When I got up this morning it was raining. No need to water.
Watering
I put out the sprinkler shortly after waking up. Looks like the weather is going to be nice today.
Watering
I did the afternoon watering. I noticed that the new growth did indeed survive the mowing. Can’t wait until it’s completely filled in.
Watering
I went out to water this morning when I woke up. The grass was still a bit spongy but I think it could still use a drink.
Sprucing Up
Dana and I did some final picking up around the house. We’ve tossed up some new photos. More tomorrow.
Border Patrol
Dana finished the brick border around the north end front garden. Becky appears to have finished weeding the garden plot in front of the car-park in back. Dana also added ground cover stones and borders to some of the areas on the south side of the house. Dana and I also picked up yard debris and filled another 5 trash bags.
Still Raining
When I woke up this morning it was still raining so I got to skip watering. Yeah!
Thunder Storm
Murphey’s Law seems to be in full force. Practically as soon as the sprinklers were turned off, the skies opened up and dumped a full on thunder storm.
